The engaging organisation remains responsible for ensuring appropriate systems, indemnity, supervision, information governance and clinical governance are in place for the setting in which services are delivered, save where expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Fees are agreed in advance for each engagement and confirmed in writing or by invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid or payable for that engagement.
